2. Refunds After the 14-Day Window

Service interruptions or technical issues caused by Seller Margins that could not be resolved within a reasonable time.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Seller Margins for resolution is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended pending resolution.

5. Subscription Cancellations and Paused Access
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing cycles. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Paused Subscriptions: Temporarily pausing your subscription or disabling services does not affect refund eligibility under this policy.
6. Refund Processing

Using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
In the original currency in which the payment was made.

7. Chargebacks

Violation of Terms: Issuing a chargeback without contacting Seller Margins to resolve an issue forfeits refund eligibility and may result in permanent account termination.
